Subversive plugin is used within Eclipse to retrieve code from Magnolia's Subversion repository.

Installing

To install the Subversive Plugin:

1. Start Eclipse.
2. Click Help > Install New Software.
3. Select Helios Downloads from the Work with list.
   If Helios Downloads is not available, add it Helios Downloads and location http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios.
   
   
4. In the treeview, expand the Collaboration node.
   
   
5. Check Subversive SVN Team Provider and click Next.
   
   
6. Click Next.
7. Accept the license agreement and click Finish.

Troubleshooting

You may need to restart Eclipse after installing the Subversive plugin. When Eclipse restarts, you may need to select a Subversive SVN Connector.

To select a Subversive SVN Connector:

1. Check SVN Kit 1.3.5 and click Finish.
   
   
2. Click Next.
3. Click Next.
4. Accept the license agreements and click Finish.
