The Backup app is in Tools > Backup. Backup is an EE Std feature.

The Backup app allows you to:

  • Manual backup: Make a manual backup.
  • Automatic backup: Schedule automatic backups.
  • Existing tasks: View scheduled backup tasks configured in /modules/backup/config/tasks.

Configuration

The Backup app is based on the small app concept and installed by the Backup module. Access to the app is restricted to the superuser role in the app configuration and app launcher layout configuration. The app is configured in /modules/backup/apps/backup.
