Security improvements and library updates

  • org.apache.tomcat:tomcat to version 9.0.76 (MGNLTOMCAT-33).
  • org.bouncycastle to version 1.74 (BUILD-1095, MGNLLIC-101).
    With this release, the -jdk15on Bouncy Castle artifacts are replaced by the -jdk18on ones.
  • com.google.guava:guava to version 32.0.1-jre (BUILD-1086).
